 oscar temperature problems - 2007/06/07 18:55 HI,

So here i am, I purchased a 1.5yr old oscar.

And yes..it's not working 100%. I should have figured.

Anyway...this is my problem.

Everything works fine..steam is like a madman. BUT

the temperatures delivered at the group head even after

2.5hrs of being on were only a max of 165F.

What's up with that??..but the steam was working incredibly well.

please advise.

Re:oscar temperature problems - 2007/06/07 21:21 The TEMP in the Oscar is regulated by a professional P-Stat... not a 15$ T-Stat.

Your brew temp should be adjustable.
I do not have a manual so I cannot tell you how.

Chris Coffee Service in the U.S. can tell you what to do.
