HELP! Gaggia crisis - 2007/02/15 20:37
I poseted this in the <$400 but now realize it belongs here... "Scuse me".
HELP! I can't get my gaggia back up and running! I have a gaggia classic. I bought it used. It was working for 1+ month... fine. When suddenly, the flow of espresso became slower and slower and finally, over the course of a day - esspreso just stopped coming out.
So now, I replaced the pump, thinking "oh, weak pump"... Well, that didn't help. Instead, while I was replacing the pump, I found a power plug for the backflush was unseated. I imagine that I must have clogged up the machine some how, by running it for that 1+ month with no backflow. The buscuits were runny and I noticed there was not backflush at all when I was making shots. I just chalked it up to being an old used machine. So, I have dissasembled and reassembled the whole system, and could find nothing clogged.
What's up? HELP! Please, I miss my espresso!

It has been in my posession for 1+ month. No warranty. I am under the impression that all parts are replacable (that would effect operation). No water comes out of grouphead... At all. I am wondering if it is the 3 way valve?
