Nespresso, great product, but which to buy? - 2007/03/12 06:07
hi there,
i am thinking about buying a nespresso machine but i am doubting between the fna2 or xn4050. The website http://www.made-in-holland.net/home.php?cat=13 does give some differences between those two, but how will these result in my final espresso?
cheers

From what I know about Nespresso, little or no difference in the finished product.

To each his/her own, of course, but I'd think twice before buying a machine that locks you into a buying a rather limited selection of beverage capsules/pods of dubious freshness from a single vendor.

I would whole-heartedly concur with Zaz. You also miss out on one of the best parts of being a home-barista: getting to fiddle and improve your technique. Even on a lower end machine, you can fiddle and play to get a good shot.
