I recall tunneling down quite far in the Saeco menu's and I could mess with all kinds of stuff -

I simply cannot remember how I did it.

I have been visiting 2 resellers here in Switzerland last saturday. - the first one told me, despite the fact he was selling the Saeco, he didn't dare to recommend it because ALL sold units came back due to defects. - the next one, which is one of the biggest specialised resellers in the country, have stopped selling them (excepted the good old Saeco Royal Office) due to excessive defect rates... I talked with the manager of the local representative (who is a friend) and he mentioned that BOSCH (B30, B70) had countrywide low defects rate (calculated within their company) and in his opinion the best coffee quality (he is also selling Jura).
