Saeco incanto s class sirius problem - 2007/12/29 09:44 Hi everybody. I am new to the forum. Hope there is a good samaritan out there with some helpful suggestions.

I've had my Incanto S class sirius for about 18 mo now. Initially the coffee was wonderful, rich smooth and flavourful. I didn't even have to make any special adjustments, thought I was in heaven. Later on however, things deteriorated rapidly. Now I get bitter, acidic, watery flavourless coffee, regardless of the adjustments I make and beans I use. I have tried all the maintenance and changed the water and filter. HELP!! I am now thinking I'm not a coffee person after all.

Re:Saeco incanto s class sirius problem - 2007/12/29 13:25 Where did you buy it? Whereabouts do you live?
After 18 months there might be a service routine on the brew group.

I have used all of these machines - and I remain very cautious about investing that kind of money in a largely robotic coffee brewing process.

Re:Saeco incanto s class sirius problem - 2007/12/31 10:53 My husband bought it as a gift through espressotec. Questions about this issue to them was redirected to the Saeco itself.
