Isomac Thermofuse - 2008/05/29 21:56 I've been wrestling with my broken-down Isomac Tea the last while.

Initially diagnosed with a blown SSR --I ordered the part plus a new pstat and pressure relief valve while I was at it.
Correctly installed this afternoon but still no joy --I'm getting hot'ish water out of the pf but the temp is only around 140 f, not the expected 210 f. No steam or hot water.

It's been suggested this might be a problem with the Thermofuse --my multimeter bit the dust so I'm unable to test right now and thought I might as well replace if maybe someone in the Victoria BC vicinity might have a source for a replacement?

Help appreciated.

Cheers,
Pete

Re:Isomac Thermofuse - 2008/05/30 23:59 Thanks!
I'll give them a shout --I've ordered a couple more bits and bobs for the machine online so might as well do everything during the fix process.

Cheers,
Pete
