Heads up about saeco - 2008/06/08 08:13 I would just like to give everyone a heads up about the support of saeco. I bought a Saeco Odea Giro inn January. After 2 months the main board went in it. Saeco USA said they would look after it. After that they would not even answer the phone if I called. Saeco Canada says they will not touch it because it crossed the border. I put over 100 dollars into it for a diagnosis. To repair it would cost another 400 to 450. I am not the only one that is having this problem with Saeco. I will include a link to the Better Business Bureau site. If you pass your cursor over the highlights it will tell you more.
