I know convenience plays a big factor, but trust me, you won't be saving any time and headaches when, after 5 months, those plastic parts start getting brittle and breaking.

Despite the machine itself, I did make my last purchase from EspressoTec, and they're fantastic to deal with. The poor guy spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me when I first got the unit, because it didn't want to prime properly. We finally got it going. My choice of machines was just a bad one, but I'll have no qualms about ordering another from them again.. which will be very soon.

I'm in the same boat, looking for a new machine in the same price range. I wouldn't bother with Home Outfitters, all you're going to find there are Krups, DeLonghi and Nespresso.. and you don't want any of those.
