Re:vacuum coffee brewers... - 2005/11/05 06:28 Too bad the Trudeau's Tirra press can't be shipped to Canada.
Check at the Bay or a Home Outfitters near you -- the bloke who recommended it got his at the latter in Ontario. Looks like they carry them in BC as well. Could easily be in small kitchen chains or independents as well.

So, you've got the Moka Brew, then? A clean, clear cup, to show off the beans would be great. Keep tinkering. 100 filters? I'm impressed.

I've also been looking for a Bodum Santos Mini vacuum coffee maker in Vancouver, and a friend just told me that they sell them at a coffee shop on Dunbar called "The Well". Guess it's a bit too late for your purchase, but maybe in the future... Can I ask how much you paid for it? I think the Well has it for $80.
