Mainly because of the sand cast plug hole on the base of the Atomic doesn't look right.

I'd ask the seller a few questions and for more photos of the label and the front of the atomic base.

Read all about the Atomic in this website thoroughly, as it has a lot of info!!

The seal on the boiler plug gives it away immediately. The real ATOMICS do have a seal but the plug is screwed in tight and hides it completely. By the way NEVER try to undo that plug.
The jug handle is also telltale sign, it is much too "fat". But you have to have seen many to render this judgement. I have manipulated quite a lot of these handles in manufacturing repro jugs.

The photographer did an excellent job of concealing the too long steel frothing shaft and other giveaways. But the label is positioned wrong.....
