I jut received a 'demo' aorepress from an un-named 'donor' and so far I have been impressed. My first cup actually sucked - the water was too cold (followed the instructions) and too strong.

This morning I "aero-brewed' a cup of El Salvador that I roasted two days ago (green beans from JJ bean in Vancouver): hotter water, more water and a little less ground coffee than the instructions called for, and BANG-ZOOM! very good cup of coffee...similar to a french press pot, but no nasty grit / sediment in the cup...

my 15-year old son thinks it's pretty cool, too.
