wanna job? - 2007/12/30 12:28 The Stick in the Mud Coffee House in Sooke is looking for baristas.

We'd be happy to train someone who is truly interested in coffee.......Although our preference is for someone who loves espresso, pours thick crema, can speak knowledgeably of single origin beans and brewing methods...We have a Marzocco Linea and we French Press - the only drip in the shop is the owner . We use Discovery Beans and we bring in some celebrity beans from time to time.

The Stick is in Sooke (40 minutes from Victoria), is on the bus route, has plenty of parking, cares about excellent coffee, offers more than minimum wage for trainees and a better wage for baristas.

If you are interested or if you know of someone who is, please call David at (250)642-5635. Or stop by at 6715 Eustace Road, Sooke (across from the Legion).

Give us a call!
