We welcome long posts - there is no word limit in fact. Keep in mind that you can only type for 15 to 20 minutes in the forum-post submit window (session timeout)- so consider composing your posts or responses in a text editor - then cut and paste! Thank you and enjoy the forums!

Bellman Cappuccino - Benjamin & Medwin parts - 2006/08/20 13:39 Was walking by Victoria's historic coffee emporium, Cairo Coffee (on Fort Street Victoria B.C. Canada) a few weeks back and discovered that "Bill", owner-operator of Cairo Coffee since the early 70's, carried Bellman Cappuccino makers and all the parts.

The Bellman, a taiwanese made clone, of the ever famous Benjamin & Medwin espresso maker (from the 60's and 70's), does stovetop coffee one step better: It steams/foams milk with its steel wand.

Want to know more about the Bellman Cappuccino? Visit the website fantes.com in Philadelphia

Now, Fantes.com has it all for the American coffee and kitchen lover. Fantes DOES NOT export to Canada.

There are a handful of Canadian vendors that supply bits and pieces for the Bellman Cappuccino and Cairo Coffee Victoria is one of them.
The always affable "Bill" at Cairo Coffee does not do e-mail nor does Cairo Coffee Victoria have a website.

You can call or send him a postcard!

Cairo Coffee Victoria can be reached at:
