I think, the Saeco Aroma are the only machine to choose for the small budget. Made if steal,stainless boiler,nice quality and good looking. I need to buy a new grinder too. Ill surely go with the Rocky... but im not sure(i cost too much $$$).

I tend to agree - the Solis SL70 is not far behind.
At a bare minimum, the Solis Maestro + or Baratza Virtuoso grinder meet the requirements for a suitable espresso grinder for this and any machine.
Yes - you can use a Maestro plus or Virtuoso with a Silvia.

The Burrs, alone, in the Rocky
almost outweigh the entire Solis Maestro or Virtuoso
(apart from that silly weight they put on the base...)
The rocky grinder could eat the burr
cluster on the Maestro for breakfast.

How is the La Pavoni PG Burr Grinder? I was told by Espresso Tec that it's a good alternative if I am looking at the price range of a Maestro Plus.

I have not used one personally, but I have looked them over. They seem to have a slight edge over the Maestro plus - so, for the dollar, they might be the better buy.
Keep in mind: The Maestro Plus and Virtuoso are the bare minimum for good espresso grinding and other methods.
They are the starting point -
For serious espresso fans with machines over, say, 600$ - like the Silvia or Gaggia Classic or ECM Botticelli, the Rancilio Rocky or Gaggia MDF is considered the starting point or minimum required accessory.

I was read too much bad review about the Gaggia MDF ... doser problem, not enought espresso setting ( 2 posibilities). Someone was trying it? Any advises ?Cause the price are the near half of the rocky!

Thanks Colin for your quick reply. I will stop by Espresso Tec and get more info about the La Pavoni and possibly pick one up. I was told it has a more powerful motor and it's stepless. It's sufficient for me at this point of time with my Saeco Aroma. When I get better I'll try to find a non-pressurized pf for the Aroma.
