Latté art is deceptively simple, and yet learning to pull it off successfully is the result of much practice and patience. It would be immensely helpful to have a mentor show you the ropes when getting started in this area, but for most of us home baristi this just isn't available to us.
While my art is still by no means perfect, I have gleaned a trick or three in my journey to figure out the rosetta.
Have a question? I will do my best to answer it.

That's actually one of the first videos i have seen for animal art

I tried chiding Colin into practicing some art when I was out to Victoria -- alas, it never happened, though for reasons beyond his control. [Deep, embedded phsychological fear of milk? No ..]

I hope that I didn't come across as knocking etching? 
Perfectly valid art form with its own skills and unique creations. Some etchings are truly striking, and the combination of espresso and one's imagination can only help get us through the day.
I agree, a line of hippity-hop lattes would be a cute celebration of Easter (so long as they were immediately consumed and did not sit).
