Old Braun Machine - 2005/09/21 16:10 I have looked through most of the tutorials, web link index, and rest of this site. I cannot find the instructions for an old Braun model E20 ( i believe). Someone gave me my first espresso machine at work! However, I know nothing about them and this machine is somewhat old, and desperately needs cleaning. I am somewhat nervous about backflushing. Please help me find this manual!
Thanks

Re:Old Braun Machine - 2005/09/21 18:45 Braun got out of the espresso biz quite a while ago.

Backflush a Braun?
I think you can flush a Braun... but not backflush it.

Re:Old Braun Machine - 2005/09/21 22:03 Heh, ya, 5 years ago! I just found this out, and the company is actually sending me the instructions at no charge! I'm so excited. I really need to clean out all the crud in the boiler though...I'll prolly just use lime/lemon juice or straight citric acid if i can find it.
