Faema Bella - 2005/10/20 12:57 I've 'inherited' a Faema Bella machine. Haven't had a chance to fire it up. I suspect it's somewhat better than the DeLonghi machines that seem to have cropped up like bad mushrooms after a rainstorm. Problem is, it came with no manual/instructions etc. The Faema website was no help (www.faema.ca) and Googling was a wasted effort.

thoughts?

Re:Faema Bella - 2005/10/21 13:02 already tried it. I can do both languages. Still no luck. Thanks though.

Re:Faema Bella - 2005/11/09 17:43 I've had one for the last 10 or so years. Easy machine. Turn it on at the main switch, wait 20 minutes to heat up and then turn on the pump (left hand switch) for your espresso. For foam, you press in the right hand button, wait 20-30 secs for the steam to build up and turn the knob on the side. Make sure you keep the reservoir full above the line. In case of an air lock, turn on the pump and open up the steam lime until water comes on. Turn off the steam and you should be getting espresso. Have fun.

Re:Faema Bella - 2005/11/23 15:58 thanks Tom. Works exactly as you described it.

My problem now is the group head. I cleaned the filter (it really needed it) and I can't screw in the bolt/screw..it seems to be spinning. Tried to tighten it up. But sometimes I get 'crema' and sometimes not.
