Delonghi Caffe Italia michine - 2005/10/24 02:03 Hello, i found this site from google, i live in Calgary Alberta and i'm looking for a Delonghi Dealer because my michines thermostat is not working. I really miss my morning Mokachino. ive tried a Black and decker website in the usa which deals with delonghi but they have horrible customer service and wont seem to get back to me since they found out i'm in Canada. so if anyone know's of a phone number or website in my area i would very much apprecate the guidance.

thanks very much

Re:Delonghi Caffe Italia michine - 2005/10/24 04:10 I wish I could say something nice about the Delonghi consumer experience anywhere on the planet. Alas, they have a long running reputation as one of the poorest providers of customer service of any product.
Their motto might be: Buy our stuff and leave us the hell alone!
Does this sound about right?
The best bet is to visit SEARS Or the Bay and ask them who/how or what WARRANTY support is provided. I imagine they have the 21st century warranty service, which is: REPLACE and Landfill the defective unit.
Poor planet Earth.

Good luck
