Cuppa Joe... - 2007/09/24 20:26 Hey Everybody,
I'm on a journey to find espresso. Lovely, creamy, luscious crema espresso!
Who the hell am I you ask?...Welll just another coffee junkie. Former cook and chef. Former sales dude. Current contractor. Always motorcyclist. Poet when I can. Abstract impressionist painter when I want. Coffee aficionado you bet! Laugh out loud. Care allot always.
Several years ago a local coffee guru introduced me to an Americano, a very well made one I might add! Since then my crusade to find and now make glorious espresso has been an awesome trip. In the last year I ramped it up to a home espresso machine and grinder. Practice is FUN! I've read many books and continue to do so. My next step? Not sure. I need to learn some professional barista moves and take it to the next level. And more espresso!

YeeHa,
Julius

I am not sure which direction we are going in 2008 - but with a little feedback from our readers, we will know what the right thing to do is.
