2008 goals and targets - 2008/01/10 20:37 Time to ask our readers:

What is missing on coffeecrew?
What does this website need the most?

Help me set some priorities with some suggestions.

Thanks!

Re:2008 goals and targets - 2008/01/10 20:42 I happen to like this site alot. I have visited other sites and there is a good amount of traffic there. However, I like the fact that I can get a 'canadian perspective' for the most part. The articles and reviews are very well done. Keep up the good work.

I'm pretty much a 'noobie', but if you need any help at all with anything I'd be glad to give back any way I can.

Thanks again for all your hard work and effort.

Re:2008 goals and targets - 2008/01/10 20:59 Actually... I have been thinking that the site needs a bit of a shake-up... a little bit of edginess added.

I have been doing this for over 10 years and am now 40X in age... not that this is a bad thing... I mean we do get more experienced with age...

After 50 newspaper interviews, 25 radio interviews and a couple of Television things, I am always surprised when I can put yet another spin on the subject of specialty coffee. It has been fun.

Highlights? Answering e-mail. Talking to groups large and small. Playing with coffee gear. Seeing the expression on someones face as they experience a truly great cup of coffee.

I love it.

Re:2008 goals and targets - 2008/01/10 21:08 I think would I would like to see more of here - are location short stories and photos of Canada's (and the USA) best and most interesting cafes, deli's, bistro's etc.

Bottom line: I am looking for good digi-photos and short quips about the cafes.

These will be mini-articles submitted by our readers.

I want to get into more communities - find out what is at the heart of the Canadian Cafe Scene.
