Vintage Gaggia instructions? - 2007/02/13 15:29 I bought an old Baby Gaggia, probably from the '70s.I didn't think it would be so difficult to find instructions for it but it is! Do you know what the lights and switches on the front do?They are different from the ones on the current models.Clearly the steam one is to froth but what about the lighning bolt? There are two lights, one red and one yellow. I'm guessing one indicates power and the other indicates that the temperature is high enough. The last switch has what looks like the letter P. I'm afraid to use it until I know more. Thank goodness I have my trusty La Pavoni so I'm not going without a great cup of espresso in the meantime. Thanks much for your help.
