The PONY Espresso is a small commercial machine which is made from steel with a stainless steel finish specifically for small catering trades and offices, but is great for your home. It has two independant internal thermoblocks each with thermal regulation, it has electronic dose programming on the front face for ease of use, it has error diagnosis systems throughout to ensure user safety and an easy milk frothing system with a Teflon steam arm. TWO INDEPENDENT BOILERS ensure that heat does not run out for both coffee and steam. This allows for the frothing of milk and the dispensing of coffee to be done at the same time. ELECTRONIC DOSE PROGRAMMING allows the user to program in the amount of coffee water that the machine dispenses. Then, at the push of a button the PONY will dispense this much coffee each and every time. EASY MILK FROTHING makes the milk frothing process simple. All you have to do is sit the milk jug underneath the steam arm and push the button. The steam will froth the milk by itself. There is no need for the user to have a perfect technique. TEFLON STEAM ARM is easy to clean. Any dried milk simply flakes off and can be wiped away. For espresso I'd even say an hour is WAY too long. It should go from the grinder to the pf. After 30 seconds I consider my espresso old and dump it. There's just too many chemical changes happening...

GROUND coffee is fresh for about an hour. Ditch the pre-ground coffee and grind it yourself. Your espresso is never going to be right if you use pre-ground. Sad reality....
