FAEMA Professional Conical Burr Grinder F/S - 2007/11/28 17:48
Hi there, great site here, anyone interested in a very gently used grinder? I believe its an S6 Model?
Bought 6 years ago for a wedding, used there and has sat in our home bar since. Machine is barely used. As new. Looks new! A very serious machine as only FAEMA can produce.
Hi-volume, slow rotation (low heat) espresso grinder – could be ideal for the busiest espresso bar or a serious conversation piece in your home.
Attractive, battleship grey steel body – there is no mistake in the serious purpose of this machine, high volume grinding.
Unit has been back to the store for a cleaning & checkup, they tested it, checked its calibration etc., but told me they were not sure why I brought it in – its had no real use!
The store advised that this unit is still a current production unit (major component wise) but appears different in current models. All parts are still available and any future service fully supported by FAEMA.
There is no factory warranty included. Unit is fully complete and in proper operating condition!.
Features:
- High torque, deliberately slow rotation motor eliminates damage from heat generated during heavy duty grinding. - Conical grinding burrs, easily adjustable in multiple locking increments. - Estimate 1.6+ kilo (3.5 pound) easy to clean plastic whole bean hopper and lid with feature to stop bean transfer to grinder. - Approx 250 gram (8.8 ounce) ground coffee chamber sports an easy access lid and dispenser arm (with dosage counter mechanism!) - Thermal safety system shuts off motor to prevent burn outs. - Removable front mounted coffee tamper. - Approx 210 mm (8.25") wide x 430 mm (16") deep x 660 mm (26") tall; 25 kilos (55 pounds of power!) - 5 foot, 3 prong power cord / plug & Heavy Duty power on/off switch.
Sounds like no other grinder can sound alright, from coarse to ultra fine powder results!
We paid almost $1200 with taxes for it...
Asking $500? I guess you can't upload pictures here but I have quite a few if you'd like. Send us an email at queuejob1@yahoo.ca and I'l send you some. We are in the greater Toronto Area.
For shipping you could estimate from the Canada Post Web site, would likely be 60 pounds packaged. We sell on Ebay as well so we could do a paypal transaction too, we have over 100 transactions with a 100% rating.
Thanks !
