My days when I wasn't socializing or sightseeing, I was on a quest for "Good coffee". In seattle, 2 days were spent armed with maps and addresses in search of the cafe's with the finest coffee. Find I did, but that is another story.

Today I came back to work rested, refreshed, recharged and ready to roast....

My first three customers reminded me of something that i seemed to have forgotten...."You know Sara this is the best coffee"

So even though my quest for "great" coffee will continue sometimes you don't have look any further than your own backyard.
